Compensation Analyst

Join an established company who is spearheading innovative technology in the state of the art treatment against cancer with proven results.  This publically traded operation is world renown and a global leader in radiation therapy and is seeking a Compensation Analyst for headquarters. 

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, administration and communication of compensation policies and programs. Responsibilities include survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure review, salary and incentive administration.

Qualification:
*Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
*Knowledge of compensation concepts gained through 3 to 5 years of experience in a compensation or human resources role.
*Thorough knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to wage and salary especially FLSA.
*Strong analytical and organizational skills and excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work independently on projects with limited supervision.
*Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
*HRIS experience desired, SAP preferred.
*CCP certification or certification in process desired.
