Join a world leading manufacturer and supplier of medical products. The company has an immediate opening for a Sr. Process Engineer at there Dover Ohio facility. The company has a challenging opportunity in their Manufacturing department. This position will be responsible for providing validation documentation and expertise, support and guidance to manufacturing cells and departments within company. Will assist in building systems, processes and a culture to sustain a validated state.

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, chemical or other engineering science. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in writing and executing validation plans and protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ or other industry equivalent terminology). Working knowledge of using Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and process capability studies as applicable to validation activities. Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Highly self motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a cellular team is essential to the job. A background in production operations is also part of a position. Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries is preferred.
