Sr. Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Summary:

• Develops implementation plans and standards and/or leads the planning and implementation for one or more critical improvement processes.
• Coaches plant resources in the implementation of the improvement methodology
• Provides training and qualifies plant resources
• Tracks implementation and qualified resources

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking and monitoring CCR projects
• Facilitates the implementation of all the company's performance system pillars
• Develops implementation plans and standards and/ or leads the planning and implementation of one or more critical improvement processes
• Coaches plant resources in implementation of the improvement methodology

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Must have at least 5-7 years in manufacturing enviroment with increasing responsiblities
• Proficient in Project Management
