Controls Engineer - Tigard, Oregon Office

The Company has an immediate opening for a Controls Engineer to provide PLC and SCADA programming and controls engineering support in a team environment.  Strong working knowledge of process hardware, instrumentation and software is a plus. 

1)  There immediate needs stress Allen-Bradley PLC-5 programming in industrial automation applications.  Must possess excellent program documentation, implementation, startup and support skills. 

2)  Other projects include control systems integration for clients in industries such as food and beverage, water/wastewater, bio-medical or semiconductors.
3) The successful candidate will possess good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of co-workers, management, clients and vendors.  

Requirements

• Bachelors in Engineering, BSEE is preferred. 
• 2-4 year’s min. 

Experience is required for the following:

• PLC Programming, testing and startup of complete Allen-Bradley PLC-5 programs for process control.
• SCADA programming (i.e. Factory Link, Complicity, Wonderware, Intellution).
• C++, VB, SQL skills are a plus, strong Excel skills are required.
• Instrumentation and controls design with AutoCad is a plus.
• Electrical Power design is an additional plus.
