The Civil Project Engineer is responsible for civil/water resource projects in either the firm's Stroudsburg or Dunmore regional office.  The Civil Project Engineer possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and five plus years experience is required with an emphasis on water resources and surface water modeling.  Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license preferred.  Experience includes aspects of hydraulics and hydrologic modeling; sediment erosion control; plan preparation; PENNDOT drainage design; DEP permitting; comprehensive watershed analysis; and detention basin design.  Additional experience with land development and stormwater management a plus.  The Civil Project Engineer has full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  Knowledge of AutoCAD Land Desktop and various engineering applications are a plus.  The Civil Project Engineer is a team player possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.  This position requires travels to job sites, meetings, and other regional offices as necessary.  The Civil Project Engineer has the legal right to work in the U.S.
