TES offers retained and contingency search options. In a retained search we operate exclusively and confidentially on behalf of our client. Retained searches require a full-scale commitment by our firm to conduct and complete a high level surgical search on an extremely urgent or critical basis. Unlike retained searches, contingent searches do not involve the upfront payment of fees and usually do not provide exclusive recruiting rights to TES.
